1. Scope of Managed Services
Cyber Alliance India provides engineering and IT services, including website development and ongoing maintenance.
- 24/7 Monitoring: We utilize Uptime Kuma to monitor client websites 24/7. While we strive for maximum availability, uptime is subject to third-party infrastructure stability.
- Project Specifics: Each project is unique. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are governed by individual project terms or Statements of Work (SOW).
- Infrastructure: Our operations are supported by providers like Cloudflare (Security) and GitHub (Deployment).
2. Fees and Payment Terms
We believe in fair compensation for high-quality engineering work.
- Late Fees: Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a late fee of 5% of the total amount due.
- Annual Adjustments: To account for inflation and rising infrastructure costs, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) fees will increase by 5% annually.
- Secure Payments: All transactions are handled securely via Razorpay. We do not store sensitive financial data on our servers.
3. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to secure your digital assets, our liability is limited as follows:
- Data Loss: Cyber Alliance India is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damage to the client, regardless of the cause. We recommend clients maintain independent backups.
- Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of revenue) arising from service interruptions.
- Security: While we implement industry-standard security via Cloudflare and Zoho Mail, no internet-based service is 100% immune to threats.
4. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the service agreement with [30] days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend services immediately if payments are significantly overdue or if the service is used for illegal activities.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
