Reserved for repeat partners with 5+ successful referrals or active AMC management. This tier represents our commitment to long-term partnership.
Eligibility Protocol
- Applicable exclusively to Web Development, Webapp, and Native App (Android/iOS) projects.
- Referrer must provide Lead Name, Contact, and Project Brief before the client initiates direct contact.
- Commission is paid solely for new client acquisitions. All other current and subsequent projects with that client are ineligible.
- Leads remain valid for 30 calendar days from acknowledgment; projects must be finalized within this window.
- Individuals are ineligible to receive commission for referring their own company or where they are the primary decision-maker.
Disbursement Logic
- Payouts triggered only after Cyber Alliance receives full project payment from the client.
- Commissions disbursed within 15 business days via NEFT/IMPS/UPI.
- Calculated on Net Project Value (excluding taxes, API costs, hosting, and domain costs).
- Standard payouts are capped at ₹1,00,000 per single referral unless Elite Status is active.
- TDS Deduction: A statutory 5% TDS will be deducted on all payments as per Section 194H of the Income Tax Act.
Operational Workflow
Initial Intake
Referrer transmits lead identity and core technical requirements to the engineering team for initial review via WhatsApp or Email.
Lead Attribution
A unique tracking URL is issued, valid for a 30-day conversion window.
Project Scoping
Lead executes submission via the official form. Quote including third-party API, Service, Plugin, Theme, Hosting, and Domain costs is sent.
Secure Onboarding
Client validates terms via a non-refundable retainer (25% or 50% depending on scope) to initiate the development sprint.
Technical Gating
Development follows strict milestone gating. Verification of each phase triggers progress payments until final project reconciliation.
Payout Execution
Final commission (minus 5% statutory TDS) is transmitted via NEFT/UPI within 15 days of verified fund receipt.

Legal Compliance & Governance
Taxation & TDS
Under the Income Tax Act of India (Sec 194H), a 5% TDS will be deducted from all commissions. Referrers must provide PAN details for processing. Cyber Alliance maintains absolute transparency; project quotes are never inflated to cover referral fees.
Modification & Jurisdiction
Cyber Alliance reserves the right to amend rates or terminate the program without prior notice. This policy is governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction held by the Courts of New Delhi.
