2. Our Tech Stack & Third-Party Providers
To run this website efficiently, we use several third-party services. Each may process data according to their own privacy policies:
- Infrastructure: Hosted via Cloudflare (Security/CDN) and GitHub (Source code storage).
- Domains: Registered through Gandi.net and Dynadot.
- Communication: We use Chatwoot for our live chat plugin. Information shared in chat is stored to help us assist you.
- Navigation & Media: We use Google Maps (embedded) and YouTube (video hosting). These services may collect your IP address or use cookies if you interact with the map or video player.
- Utilities: We use Dub.co for URL shortening and Web3 Forms for form processing.
- Business Communication: We use Zoho Mail for secure email hosting and WhatsApp (Business API/App) for direct customer communication.
